We are among the world’s largest suppliers of automated equipment for conditioning, handling, and packaging — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics, or industrial products. **Challenge**: * Monitor open purchase requisitions * Procure direct and indirect materials, as well as services, in accordance with drawings and specifications * Develop negotiation strategies within your procurement categories (commodities) to meet departmental goals and improve project margins * Measure departmental performance indicators * Understand taxes and duties to ensure proper invoice regularization and maintain performance indicators aligned with net pricing * Enhance procurement productivity, accelerate quotation processes, and support accurate cost formation to meet departmental targets * Track supplier deliveries, aiming to reduce delivery cycles and meet agreed deadlines * Resolve invoice discrepancies and take necessary actions to expedite receipt (XML) * Maintain communication with sales and application teams to support acquisition of new products and sustain project margins Do you meet the job requirements? * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel) * Ability to read and interpret procurement drawings * Knowledge and analytical capability in cost composition * Familiarity with performance indicators * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency Do your eyes light up reading about this great opportunity?
