**About the position** We are looking for a person to support the back-office infrastructure of AR\&Co. You will work within a squad focused on support and modernization, as well as building new cloud-native applications. This team delivers solutions for Supply, Print On Demand, ERP Linx, internal systems, and partner systems. It helps ensure company operations by collaborating with other team members in handling incident tickets and system interactions. **Responsibilities:** Model data and write SQL Server queries and scripts. Work with the support ticketing system for incident resolution and for understanding systemic workflows. Monitor and observe services (logs, metrics, tracing) and assist in incident resolution. Collaborate on solution design. Participate in the agile cycle (backlog refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and continuous process improvement. Contribute to production support, ensuring stability and reliability. Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure automation and observability. **Mandatory requirements** Strong SQL skills; Familiarity with .NET 6\+ / ASP.NET Core, an open-source web development framework \| .NET Core using C\#. **Nice-to-have qualifications (in this order)** Experience with LINX; Development and consumption of REST APIs using .NET or NodeJS; Frontend React/NextJs; Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); GIT. **Soft skills** Clear communication and collaboration. Ability to investigate problems and propose pragmatic solutions. Focus on results, quality, and end-user experience.
