**JOB OPENING: PYTHON DEVELOPER III** **ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT** The Systems Department is responsible for developing, evolving, and maintaining technological solutions that support business operations and strategies. We work on software development, integrations, system architecture, and modern engineering practices, ensuring scalable, secure, and organizationally aligned applications. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, develop, and implement systems and solutions using Python, ensuring quality, scalability, and high performance. * Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient integrations between systems and services. * Participate in defining software architectures, suggesting technologies, frameworks, and standards aligned with project needs. * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to development best practices and quality standards. * Optimize existing applications and processes to improve performance, scalability, and reduce operational costs. * Work with relational and non-relational databases, ensuring efficiency in data storage and retrieval. * Develop solutions using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar. * Implement and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and functional tests. * Participate in technical meetings for requirement alignment, solution definition, and delivery tracking. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DevOps, Product, UX/UI, and other departments involved in projects. * Support implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. * Monitor production applications, performing diagnostics and resolving critical incidents. * Document systems, processes, and solutions to ensure traceability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing. * Provide mentorship, technical training, and knowledge sharing for developers at all levels. * Serve as a technical reference in strategic projects, contributing to the continuous evolution of development processes and practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in software development using Python. * Proficiency in programming best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles. * Experience developing and maintaining complex applications in production environments. * Advanced knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar. * Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Experience developing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs. * Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Pytest, Unittest, or equivalents. * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting commands. * Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of TDD (Test\-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior\-Driven Development). * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and application orchestration. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools. * Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka. * Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and log analysis using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. * Certifications in Python, Cloud Computing, or related technologies. * Knowledge of Data Science or Machine Learning using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Technical leadership and positive influence on the team. * Clear and effective communication. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. * Time management and demand prioritization. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Analytical profile oriented toward problem-solving. * Mindset of continuous learning and constant updating. * Ability to operate in dynamic environments and high-complexity projects. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Meal Allowance * Uniodonto Dental Plan * Unimed Health Plan * Bradesco Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * WellHub (formerly Gympass) * Birthday Day Off * Alura Platform (over 1500 courses available) * FarmaSesi Partnership * Open English Partnership * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) **WORK LOCATION** Rod.
