Focus on results and continuous improvement We are looking for a **Production Manager** with an analytical mindset, leadership skills, and a strong focus on results to work in our **accessories** department. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and targets; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Prepare and present periodic management reports; * Develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity; * Lead and engage the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment; * Ensure alignment with company quality and safety policies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Strong expertise in data analysis, production reporting, and performance indicator management; * Skills in team management and process improvement; * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production, or related fields; * Proficiency in management tools (ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI is a plus).
