Production Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Support production planning, control, and monitoring; manage raw materials; and serve as the interface between design, production, and commercial departments. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material management and monitoring of internal and outsourced production **Responsibilities:** * Support production planning by developing and updating schedules and calendars for production departments; * Assist in defining priorities and industrial activity workflows; * Control raw materials, supporting procurement and updating inventory records for fabrics, trims, and supplies; * Prepare cutting tickets and pre\-costing documents, and update product technical information; * Monitor internal and outsourced production, tracking deadlines and quality; * Update control spreadsheets and systems (PCP, Trello, and Kanban); * Organize logistics flows, including cutting, shipments, delivery notes, and interdepartmental distribution; * Support the design team in sample tracking and garment development; * Serve as the interface among design, production, and commercial departments; * Support administrative and financial processes, such as payment organization and invoice management; * Contribute to organizing and monitoring production teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor\'s degree (Fashion, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields); * Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets; * Experience in apparel manufacturing or fashion industry; * Familiarity with Trello or other project management tools; * Basic knowledge of costing or production control (PCP). **Job Conditions:** Working hours: Monday to Friday (business hours); Work location: Joaquim Távora; Salary \+ Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
