Developing the team's technical seniority **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a **Technical Product Manager (TPM)** to work on Carbigdata’s technical product line. The mission of this role is to balance end-user value delivery with platform technical sustainability, ensuring that product decisions are deeply aligned with architectural, performance, and scalability requirements. This is a strategic role within a rapidly growing environment, where the TPM will need to organize technical debt, guide API evolution, and support structural improvements enabling continuous operational advancement. **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prioritize technical and product demands while balancing short-term deliveries with long-term platform health. * Certify stability, security, and performance prior to major deployments, ensuring technical readiness. * Lead architecture discussions with Tech Leads and Architects, facilitating technical discovery and structural decision-making. * Guide Product Owners and Product Designers in defining requirements, workflows, and scope, ensuring solutions respect technical constraints and leverage API and Big Data capabilities. * Oversee the full lifecycle of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems. * Support internal Product chapter process organization, contributing to rituals, alignments, and standardizations. * Develop the team’s technical seniority through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and facilitation of technical ceremonies. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with hands-on technical background, preferably as a former Developer or Architect. * Proven track record managing the full lifecycle of APIs, high-complexity integrations, and products built on distributed architectures. * Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and migrating legacy infrastructure to modern architectures. * Prior experience leading or mentoring other POs and cross-functional technology teams. * Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and resilience patterns. * Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic or Datadog. * Advanced familiarity with AI-powered tools for code analysis, test automation, and technical productivity, such as Bolt.new or Cursor. **OUR BENEFITS:** * Meal/food allowance * Mobility allowance * Health insurance (Sulamerica) * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Childcare allowance Join the transformation of the automotive market in Brazil! **\#VemSerCarBigData**
