Collaboration with the Technical Leader to assess solution feasibility **Job Description:** ---------------------- Cooper Card seeks a Product Owner Analyst to lead the evolution and management of digital products, ensuring business value generation, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance. This professional will serve as the bridge between internal departments and technology, ensuring that requirements are well-structured, prioritized, and delivered with quality. Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria; Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into structured deliverables for the technology team; Act as the primary interface between internal departments and the development squad; Collaborate with the Technical Leader to ensure technical alignment and solution feasibility; Evaluate financial, operational, and regulatory impacts of initiatives; Monitor integrations with partners and vendors; Track performance metrics and propose continuous improvements; Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and prioritization). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Experience in digital product management, as a Product Owner or in a similar role; Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Analytical capability to assess financial and operational impacts; Experience in the financial sector, payment methods, or cooperatives; Knowledge of system integrations and APIs; Familiarity with regulations applicable to the financial sector; Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or related fields; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $4,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER TEC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- This position requires 100% in-person work in Maringá \- PR; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
