That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has established us as a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop Windows applications using **.NET Framework (C\# and VB.NET), WPF, and the MVVM pattern** * Collaborate with **UX/UI, Product Managers, Backend, Frontend, QA, and SRE** teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) * Actively participate in: * backlog refinement * sprint planning * code reviews * technical discussions * Document architectural decisions (ADRs) and maintain up-to-date technical documentation **Requirements and Qualifications** * More than **5 years of experience** in software development, with focus on Windows applications using C\# * Practical experience with **SQL Server** * Experience across the full software development lifecycle: * conception * development * testing * documentation * deployment * Knowledge of **scalable architectures**, including microservices * Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD) and **Docker** * Frontend knowledge with **React (TypeScript) and Ant Design (AntD)** * Experience with: * Git (branches, PRs, code review) * Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) * Understanding of **cloud concepts (build, release, environments, monitoring, cost vs. performance)** * Professional English (spoken and written) **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT\|Remote work; * Equipment provided for remote work; * Meal or food allowance of BRL 28.39/day; * Health and dental insurance (eligible for dependents); * Wellhub; * Partnerships with higher education institutions; * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance (per collective bargaining agreement).
