If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply! ### **Job Requirements** * Oversees day\-to\-day operations and provides guidance to employees performing mail and messenger/courier services or other related activities. * Organizes workflow and assigns work. * Performs more complex assignments and responds to escalated issues. * Facilitates office moves, providing timetables and arranging for supplies and external moving services as needed. * May work with Facility Manager in the implementation of major moves and alterations. * May be responsible for arranging servicing of facilities’ telephones, copiers and other office equipment. * Provides on\-the\-job training to new members of the group. * Suggests process improvements and changes to existing procedures. * Participates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements. * Ensures safety of work area and work processes. * Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region. ### **Competencies** * Customer service orientation. * Communicates clearly both in verbally and in writing. * Can lead and train others. * Solid planning and organizational skills in order to provide services on a timely basis and meet commitments to others. ### **Education/Experience** * Secondary education required (High School/gymnasium). * 3\-5 years prior experience in office services/facilities area.
