In this role, you will provide direct support to the LATAM leadership team, helping to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations across calendar coordination, travel arrangements, event organization, communication with regional teams, and preparation of executive materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast\-paced, and international environment, and who wants to develop strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills while closely supporting senior leaders. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Support calendar management for LATAM executives using Outlook and Teams, including meeting scheduling, invitations, and room logistics. * Prepare and review executive materials such as emails, presentations, and briefing documents. * Coordinate LATAM travel logistics, including flight and hotel research, transfers, itinerary preparation, and travel guidance for employees. * Assist in the organization of corporate events, such as happy hours, leadership meetings, and international visits, including guest lists, RSVPs, vendor coordination, and supporting materials. * Support the expense reimbursement process, including receipt verification and documentation preparation for submission in internal systems. * Maintain databases, contact lists, spreadsheets, and digital files up to date and well organized. * Help facilitate communication with teams across Brazil and LATAM, as well as external partners and vendors. * Welcome visitors and provide general administrative support when needed. #### **What We’re Looking For** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field** (from the 3rd semester onward). * **Advanced English** skills, with confidence communicating with executives and international teams. * **Spanish is a plus.** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint**. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail. * A proactive mindset, sense of urgency, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. #### **Why Join Us?** This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in executive support within a regional and international environment, working closely with leadership and contributing to high\-impact activities across LATAM.
