Real opportunity for growth in strategic projects **About Areco:** Areco, a technology company operating since 1987 in developing enterprise management systems and solutions for corporate process digitization, currently has an open position for a Front\-end Developer (Marketing Data \& Performance) to join its team. **Job Description:** The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, technology, and business, and willing to collaborate in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment. They will develop interfaces, transforming ideas into polished pages. They will be responsible for ensuring Core Web Vitals and implementing a robust, auditable data infrastructure across the company’s digital pipeline. Beyond development, they will optimize Technical SEO and have authority to refine UX, delivering digital assets that unite visual appeal, extreme speed, and data intelligence. **Work Mode: On-site** Requirements: * Proficiency in React.js, Tailwind, and CSS; * Proficiency in Core Web Vitals \+ deep understanding of SEO; * Knowledge of unit testing and load testing; * Proven experience in rendering optimization, lazy loading, and minification; * Advanced knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) implementation; * Data\-driven mindset; * Organization, accountability for deadlines, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple demands; * Visual sensitivity, and ability to create and evaluate opinions based on usability and experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Next.js, PHP, and/or Blazor; * Knowledge of Cloud Computing \& DevOps; * Knowledge of Marketing; * Web Design.
