Development of reports and executive dashboards **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate procurement participation strategies; * Prepare cost spreadsheets and technical proposals; * Manage public agency registrations; * Arrange required documentation; * Participate in procurement processes; * Analyze tender documents; * Monitor opportunity statuses and perform other related tasks; * Develop reports and dashboards for executive departments on commercial processes; * Coordinate due diligence processes and communication with public agencies. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in Commercial or Procurement areas, specifically in Service Procurements; * Proficiency in Excel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of current legislation; * Familiarity with platforms such as Petronect, Comprasnet, Licitações\-e, Licitações Caixa, among others.
