We are seeking a Corporate Analyst with experience in accounting firms, possessing a proactive and organized profile, and eager to grow alongside the company. **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree (preference for Administration or Law) \- Minimum one year of experience in this position. **Main Responsibilities** \- Company incorporation under various tax regimes \- Contractual amendments (address, business activity, partners, share capital, among others) \- Company dissolution \- Corporate regularization with public agencies \- Coordination with the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, and state-level agencies \- Application for and follow-up on business licenses and permits \- Deadline and filing tracking \- Organization of corporate documents \- Client service and guidance \- Liaison with public agencies **Desired Profile** \- Experience in accounting firms \- Knowledge of corporate procedures \- Organizational and deadline management skills \- Strong communication skills \- Proactivity **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with integrated systems \- Knowledge of business licensing \- Experience in consultative client service **Growth Opportunities** \- Continuous training and development \- Potential for internal advancement \- Expanded knowledge across other areas **What We Expect** \- Willingness to learn \- Interest in growing professionally \- Commitment to the team \- Proactivity and initiative Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
