Job Summary: Control and maintain the company's vehicle fleet by performing checklists, monitoring usage, supporting drivers, and carrying out external and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for fleet conservation, cleaning, and organization. 2. Monitors vehicle usage and supports drivers. 3. Performs external services and assists with documentation and administrative routines. - Manage and maintain company vehicles and motorcycles, ensuring fleet conservation, cleanliness, and organization; - Perform pre-departure and post-return vehicle and motorcycle checklists, verifying operational conditions and recording any damages; - Monitor vehicle usage, tracking mileage, fueling, maintenance, and other operational data; - Support drivers in fleet-related operational activities; - Accompany vehicles for refueling, preventive and corrective maintenance, washing, inspections, and other services; - Perform external services such as document, equipment, and material delivery and pickup; - Assist in managing and organizing vehicle documentation; - Provide support for licensing, registration, and other requirements with public agencies and service providers; - Perform minor vehicle relocations when licensed and authorized; - Support administrative and operational routines of the Fleet Department.
