Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills to join our Engineering team, supporting field management, service monitoring, and team training. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a team-oriented mindset to join our Engineering team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist engineers in managing field activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and processes. * Monitor short-, medium-, and long-term schedules, analyzing deliverables and ensuring timely completion. * Guide and train operational teams on Service Execution Procedures (SEPs) and occupational safety regulations. * Monitor service execution, ensuring quality and updating Service Verification Forms (SVFs). * Support material and equipment release and distribution, ensuring necessary resources are available for operations. * Collaborate with the SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) department, monitoring PPE usage and sustainability indicators for accident prevention. * Record evidence of compliance with Performance Standard requirements in internal systems. * Support relationship management with partners, public agencies, and the community, addressing complaints and mitigating risks to the company’s reputation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information** * National Unimed Health Insurance Plan: no employee contribution required for either ward or private room coverage; * Psychological support services in partnership with Unimed Insurance; * Meal allowance/food voucher of BRL 836.00 per month; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance \- Unimed Insurance; * Breakfast or afternoon snack provided at the office; * Totalpass; * Birthday day off; * 15% discount on electricity bills; Terral Incorporadora, with over 20 years of operation, is one of the largest real estate development companies in the Central-West region.
