**Job Summary** Want to learn how to turn numbers into decisions that make a difference? We are looking for a BI intern to get hands-on experience from day one: you will integrate data from different sources, build dashboards that tell stories, and help the team identify patterns they hadn’t noticed before. If you enjoy investigating data, simplifying complexity, and want to grow in a strategic field, let’s talk? **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and performance reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Metabase); * Support data collection, processing, and analysis from various sources (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.) to generate actionable insights; * Contribute to developing and monitoring sales KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities; * Assist in sales funnel, conversion, churn, and lifetime value analyses to optimize commercial processes; * Participate in preparing clear and concise presentations and reports for the team; * Collaborate with the team in defining growth goals and strategies; * Support automation of data collection and analysis processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. **NON-NEGOTIABLE \| Key Competencies and Skills** * Basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio); * Interest in sales metrics and data analysis; * Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation; * Organization, proactivity, and strong analytical ability; * Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights. **DESIRED \| Key Competencies and Skills** * Introductory knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R); * Familiarity with agile methodologies.
