Join our team in an environment where empathy and creativity are the recipe to cultivate and harvest, always, the best results! **Responsibilities:** * Work directly with legacy applications (Java 6, JBoss 7\.1\.1 EAP, Oracle), understanding their business logic and mapping critical points; * Create detailed documentation that will serve as the reference for the application's new version; * Integrate solutions in Cloud environments (AWS), ensuring scalability, security, and high availability; * Collaborate with the team to define migration strategies, best development practices, and system monitoring; * Support the company in technical decision-making by proposing improvements, frameworks, and tools appropriate for both current and future contexts. **Requirements and qualifications:** * More than 8 years of experience in software development; * Proficiency in Java 6, JBoss 7\.1\.1 EAP, and Maven 3; * Solid experience with Spring Boot; * Experience with AWS services: S3, EKS, Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, MSK, and Glue; * Orchestration of data pipelines using Airflow; * Programming and test creation in Python or Java; * Building and interacting with SQL and/or NoSQL databases; * Use of Git, including Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, etc.; * Experience with HTTP REST APIs; * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform; * Proactive mindset—not only executing tasks but also questioning, suggesting, and proposing solutions. **Nice to have:** * Knowledge of Big Data and distributed processing with Spark; * Experience with cloud services focused on real-time data processing; * Ability to technically lead initiatives and guide junior professionals; * Skill in balancing legacy systems and innovation, ensuring stability while preparing for the future; * Experience in complex and critical projects, with a systemic business vision; * Continuous improvement mindset, bringing modern development, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring standards; * Strong communication skills to engage with business areas and translate requirements into consistent technological solutions. **Non-negotiables:** * Passion for technology; * Tinnova focuses on building creative and innovative solutions; * Commitment in a highly collaborative delivery-oriented environment; * Ability to learn from others' experiences as well as share your own. **What we offer for this position:** * Employment model: PJ (individual contractor); * Birthday Day Off; * Paid vacation of 15 days after one year of employment; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Work model: **100% remote.**
