We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology teams, focusing on data investigation, analysis construction, and evidence-based decision support. This role requires an analytical, investigative, and problem-solving oriented profile, capable of transforming data into strategic insights and supporting operational and business decisions with clarity, organization, and critical thinking. ***Hybrid work model, with three days per week onsite at P0rto \- Centro in Rio de Janeiro.*** **Key responsibilities:** * Conduct investigative analyses from diverse data sources, evaluating which information is most relevant for each business context. * Support the definition of KPIs, reports, and dashboards for project, process, and decision monitoring. * Work with large volumes of data, organizing information logically and reliably to reduce uncertainty and support decisions with calculated risk. * Identify information gaps and propose methods to obtain, test, or validate necessary data to answer business questions. * Support multidisciplinary teams in critically interpreting scenarios, monitoring analyses, and tracking decisions. * Contribute to continuous process improvement by bringing critical insight, autonomy, and a value-generation focus. * Translate technical analyses into clear, concise, and accessible communications for diverse audiences. **Required technical skills:** * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI for dashboard creation, maintenance, and analysis. * Strong ability to organize, process, and interpret data. **Desired knowledge:** * SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * DAX for building measures and analyses in Power BI. * Basic understanding of data modeling and business metrics. * Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, to support analyses, information organization, reasoning structuring, productivity, and insight generation. * Ability to use AI critically and responsibly—validating information, cross-referencing data, and applying results to the business context. **Desired behavioral competencies:** * Analytical thinking and critical perspective. * Investigative mindset and orientation toward solving complex problems. * Creativity applied to analysis and process improvement. * Excellent written communication and logical contextual organization. * Technological curiosity and continuous learning. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments. * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and focus on generating business value.
