Participation in training and professional development Job Description: Directly deliver customer service, including installation, maintenance, address changes, equipment removal, and other related services; ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction; guarantee service quality by adhering to company standards and procedures; provide technical support, clarify customer inquiries, and apply best customer service practices. Responsibilities: Perform assigned customer service tasks, ensuring high quality and efficiency; Adhere to the pre-scheduled customer service appointments, ensuring punctuality and effectiveness; Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative service, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions; Maintain work tools organized and in good condition, paying special attention to connectorization tools to prevent damage; Properly use personal and collective protective equipment, ensuring personal safety and that of customers; Understand and apply quality indicators (IRR, IFI) in daily work to continuously improve services; Actively participate in company-provided training and development programs to support professional growth and continuous updates on new technologies and procedures. Daily main activities include: Performing installation, maintenance, address change, and equipment removal services; Monitoring and reporting the status of completed services; Following company quality procedures and standards; Participating in training and updates regarding products and services. Requirements: Completed high school education; Customer service experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team; Flexibility to work during varying hours, as required by service needs; Basic knowledge of digital tools and customer service record systems.
