Monitoring and reporting of production losses and yields **Job Description:** ---------------------- The intern will support production indicator management and fiscal/administrative processes, acting as a liaison between the production floor and the controller's office. The primary focus is loss mitigation through rigorous control of yields, weights, and inventory movements. Responsibilities and duties: Assist in indicator and yield management: Monitor and report losses and yields in production areas. Update data in BI systems and control spreadsheets. Conduct on-site evaluations (in production areas) of tare variations and average weights of raw materials and packaging to ensure recipe accuracy and minimize financial losses.
