Job Summary: The professional will conduct studies, technical opinions, and coding of high-cost medications, advising executive management and engaging with the pharmaceutical industry and suppliers. There’s always a new opportunity to demonstrate your unique approach to caring for everyone! **\#THISISTHEPLAN** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Conduct studies and technical opinions regarding the incorporation of new medications; Perform pharmacoeconomic analyses; Review Unimed Goiânia’s medication list; Advise executive management on questions related to authorization, quantities, and approved values; Address requests from the pharmaceutical industry; Clarify the medication/material coding process; Support training of other colleagues; Monitor invoices submitted for coding of special materials and high-cost medications; Perform coding of high-cost medications and/or materials; Reassess coding requests and correct them when necessary; Provide required documentation for coding; Clarify procedures to stakeholders involved in material and/or medication requests; Receive and/or prepare various documents; Interact with suppliers and representatives from pharmaceutical companies and laboratories; Monitor communication channels; Update medication/material lists; Support development of kits, packages, and/or work protocols; Assist, when needed, in supplier payment processes; Generate and analyze reports and indicators. **Detailed Description:** Monitor and track communication channels to take appropriate actions, such as: SGU \- Interactive chat, GPU, Interface, E\-mails, Teams, Corporate WhatsApp; Archive various documents according to departmental procedures; Advise executive management, management, and/or coordinations on studies of high-cost medications concerning presentation, indication, quantity, and pricing; Advise and substitute immediate leadership upon request; Support the pharmaceutical industry and provide necessary guidance regarding incorporation, supply, and billing of medications; Address diverse administrative needs of the department as assigned by coordination—including relocation between work units if required; Interact with laboratory and/or supplier representatives, requesting required documentation per Cooperative criteria to ensure collaboration with reputable suppliers; Address, resolve, and clarify diverse requests arising from interactions with providers, affiliated physicians, suppliers, and/or other Unimeds within the system; Serve as a member of the TNUMM Committee / Member of the TNUMM Subgroup – STABILITY TABLE; Support medical audit in clarifying diverse administrative process-related questions; Assist in developing protocols and work instructions; Clarify questions for less experienced colleagues; Evaluate medication prescriptions and advise physicians on possible substitutions with standardized medications; Correct and reassess the coding process for both local beneficiaries and inter-system exchanges; Develop kits, protocols, and/or packages of materials and/or medications for procedure composition; Prepare technical opinions on the incorporation of new medications; Prepare, receive, and send documents, declarations, internal notices, and various correspondence to respective departments; Generate and analyze various reports related to departmental activities; Maintain absolute confidentiality of any information accessed during job performance; Participate in committees dedicated to discussing standardizations requested by hospital representative entities; Provide required documentation and/or clarifications to affiliated physicians, providers, beneficiaries, and/or other Unimeds in inter-system exchanges—such as reports, expert opinions, images, etc.—as requested by auditing physicians or during inter-system exchange processes; Update/maintain and cross-reference medication lists/spreadsheets based on information from Unimed do Brasil and/or ANS; Perform other duties relevant to the position as directed by the department manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Position: 11012603 Pharmacist \- Materials and Medications** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active CRF\-GO registration; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in pharmacoeconomics, healthcare services, health plans, medication regulation, and ANS regulations. **Desired Competencies and Knowledge:** * Familiarity with legislation: Law 9656 / RN 566\-2022 Service Response Timelines / RN 395 \- Procedure Requests and Authorizations / RN 465 \- Utilization Guidelines (and all subsequent updates and replacements); * National Interchange Manual \- MIN; * Medical and Nursing Audit Manual \- MAME; * Federal Council of Medicine Resolution No. 1\.614/2001; * Medical Ethics Code and other official regulatory documents; * Feasibility Analysis; * Writing and text composition skills; * Knowledge of TNUMM and CTNPM. **Work Location and Schedule:** * UNIMED\-GOIANIA \> CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE UNIMED \- Av.
