This professional acts as a liaison among hospital management, the healthcare team, and direct patient care, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the use of medications and supplies. **Salary:** R$6\.650,00 **Total Compensation:** R$8\.304,20 **Workload:** 220 hours (Monday to Friday) **Modality:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate medication inventory control through an automated system and daily monitoring, ensuring proper storage, validity, and availability of medications for patients; * Provide technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, advising on drug selection, dosage, administration, and potential drug interactions through medical prescription reviews, promoting more effective therapeutic practices; * Develop, revise, and ensure implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines for the rational use of medications through training sessions, ensuring that prescribing and administration practices align with best practices; * Contribute to the implementation of internal audits, ensuring the hospital pharmacy complies with legal requirements; * Manage the hospital pharmacy budget, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-reduction strategies without compromising care quality or patient safety, optimizing available resources; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to medication use, such as delivery time, costs, and medication error rates, enabling process improvements; * Promote reporting of adverse reactions and contribute to pharmacovigilance practices through monitoring and recording of possible adverse effects; Perform other duties inherent to the position. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in the role. **Additional Information** * Meals provided on-site; * SESC benefits; * DayOff.
