If you are a dedicated professional with experience in natural fermentation and committed to excellence in every detail, this is your opportunity! **Your Responsibilities:** * Produce and bake artisanal breads, pastries, viennoiseries (croissants, pain au chocolat), laminated doughs, and brioche using premium flours and ingredients, strictly adhering to French baking methods. * Ensure product quality control, guaranteeing excellence at every stage of production. * Operate and maintain bakery equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work environment. **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in baking, with emphasis on natural fermentation. * Passion for bread-making and for the tradition of French baking. * Attention to detail, rigor, and punctuality. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow standardized procedures. * Must reside in Campinas. **Job Information:** * **Schedule:** 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM * **Work Rotation:** 6 days on, 1 day off * **Employment Type:** Full-time, permanent CLT contract * **Benefits:** Health and dental insurance (after probation period), Welhub (Gympass), pharmacy benefits, transportation allowance or fuel voucher, meal allowance (R$140.00), on-site meals. * **Location:** Campinas, SP Job Type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$2,341.27 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Experience: * Baker (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
