There is much yet to be built. **Job Description:** At Areco, we seek a Web Developer with strong analytical capabilities to work on the development and evolution of systems operating at the core of our clients’ business decision-making. This professional may focus more on front\-end or back\-end, contributing both to interface creation and to business logic implementation and integrations — always prioritizing performance, quality, and consistency of solutions. More than just developing, we expect someone capable of understanding the impact of what they build, collaborating across different areas to ensure deliveries aligned with real business challenges. **Work Mode: On-site** **Desired Profile:** * Develop and evolve web applications, working on front\-end and/or back\-end; * Build modern, responsive, and intuitive interfaces, ensuring a positive user experience; * Implement and maintain APIs, services, and system integrations; * Translate business requirements into efficient and well-structured technical solutions; * Ensure application quality, performance, and consistency; * Analyze and resolve issues in complex systems; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to technical and product improvements; * Demonstrate analytical thinking, organization, and autonomy in managing tasks; * Possess strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a sense of responsibility for deliverables; * Pursue continuous improvement by keeping up with emerging technologies and development best practices. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related disciplines; * Experience in web development (front\-end and/or back\-end); * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6\+); * Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor); * Experience with back\-end languages such as C\#, .NET, Node.js, or similar; * Knowledge of REST API design and consumption; * Experience with business rules and backend-oriented logic; * Experience with relational databases (SQL); * Familiarity with source code versioning (Git); * Understanding of responsiveness, usability, and UI/UX best practices.
