Higino Cunha, No. 1515, Ilhotas District, ZIP Code 64\.014\-220, Teresina (PI), is a nonprofit social organization with private legal personality, recognized as a public utility and socially beneficial entity by State Decree No. 12\.286/06 and Municipal Decree No. 14\.526/14\. **CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT OF THE PROCESS** **1\.1** Associação Reabilitar, through this Notice, publicly announces the opening of the Simplified Selection Process aimed at hiring a professional for the position of **Physiatrist**, to work in the Integrated Rehabilitation Center (CEIR) project in Teresina – PI. **CLAUSE TWO – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** **2\.1 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PHYSIATRIST POSITION FOR WORK AT THE INTEGRATED REHABILITATION CENTER – CEIR:** 1\. Embody the organizational identity of Associação Reabilitar; 2\. Attend annual training sessions; 3\. Provide courteous and efficient service, suggesting procedural adjustments whenever such procedures do not align with required practices to ensure service quality and standards defined by the organization; 4\. Conduct screening, admission, certification skills outpatient, and origin clinic consultations; 5\. Assess user needs, requesting complementary examinations or referrals to other medical specialties; 6\. Participate in case discussions with the multidisciplinary team; 7\. Create, propose, and/or complete technical forms, reports, and assessments specific to the role; 8\. Adhere to professional and organizational ethical conduct standards; 9\. Actively attend organizational meetings and commitments whenever requested; 10\. Deliver training sessions and lectures when necessary; 11\. Participate in Committees, Nuclei, and Commissions whenever required; 12\. Provide clinical emergency support; 13\. Perform other related duties according to departmental needs and immediate supervisor’s guidance. **CLAUSE THREE – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION** * Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine; * Medical residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; * Valid registration with the relevant Professional Council; * Minimum six months’ experience in the field. **CLAUSE FOUR – JOB DETAILS** * Salary: Based on the working hours of the available position; * Unimed Health Plan (50% covered); * Life insurance. **CLAUSE FIVE – STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS** * Curriculum analysis; * Competency-based interview; * Interview with the area manager.
