Job Summary: A nursing professional to provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and technical procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Working with adult and pediatric patients, both critical and non-critical 2. Performing technical procedures such as venipuncture and ECG 3. Assisting in the emergency room and preparing patients for examinations ### **Main Responsibilities** * Measuring vital signs, monitoring patients, and tracking clinical progression; * Preparing and administering medications according to medical prescriptions and institutional protocols; * Performing peripheral venipuncture, collecting laboratory specimens, and dressing wounds; * Providing care to critical patients in the emergency room and to patients under observation; * Preparing patients and the environment for examinations and procedures, assisting physicians and nurses as needed; * Performing electrocardiograms (ECG) and other nursing technical procedures; * Documenting care in patient records and verifying medical prescriptions; * Ensuring comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients while maintaining departmental organization and patient safety. ### **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Nursing course; * Active COREN registration; * Experience with adult and pediatric patients; * Experience caring for both critical and non-critical patients. * Preferred experience in hospital emergency and urgent care settings. ### **Benefits:** * Weekly working hours: 36h * Shift: 1:00 PM – 7:15 PM * Hazard pay: BRL 326.00 * Flexible meal allowance: BRL 900.00 (comprising BRL 450.00 (fixed amount) + BRL 200.00 (attendance bonus) + BRL 150.00 (schedule compliance bonus) + BRL 100.00 (bonus)) * BenSaúde Health Insurance Plan * Dental Plan * Childcare Assistance * Life Insurance **BeneValoriza Program:** * Wellhub (Gympass – gyms and wellness) * Vidalink * Birthday Day Off * Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, legal, financial, and nutritional support * Discounts at partner establishments * Monthly birthday recognition All our job openings are also open to candidates with disabilities.
