Job Summary: A Nursing professional focused on operational support, data analysis, management, and communication with the executive board and departments, developing policies and monitoring projects. Development of policies, processes, and project management \***Main Responsibilities:**\* * Providing nursing care as a Nursing Technician. * Operational support to health information systems. * Data collection, analysis, and organization to support management decisions. * Preparation of reports containing key indicators and relevant information. * Support for strategic planning and monitoring of goals. * Communication and coordination between the executive board and other departments. * Development and monitoring of policies, processes, and procedures. * Support in managing specific projects. * Monitoring of performance indicators. * Organizing meetings and providing administrative support to the executive board. * Handling confidential information responsibly and with strict confidentiality. \***Requirements:**\* * Completed High School education. * Technical qualification in Nursing. * Experience providing nursing care as a Nursing Technician. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and analytical ability. \***Additional Information:**\* * \***Company:**\* IMTECH. * \***Employment Type:**\* CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). * \***Compensation:**\* R$ 2\.200,00\. * \***Benefits:**\* Meal/Ticket Food Allowance and Transportation Voucher. * \***Work Location:**\* SAMU 192 – Pau Miúdo, Salvador. * \***Working Hours:**\* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
