Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Analyze incidents escalated by Tier 1 (T1), conducting in-depth technical investigations to confirm threats or rule out complex false positives. Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions for detection rules in the SIEM. Maintain the knowledge base (KB) up to date with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in war rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately record hours spent on support tasks and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, proposing improvements and supporting customer presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
