Job Summary: Responsible for supporting HR processes, from record maintenance to payroll processing and fulfillment of labor and social security obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance and team training **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for supporting HR processes—from maintaining accurate records to payroll processing and fulfilling labor and social security obligations. Perform onboarding processes, including document collection and verification, registration of new employees in the accounting system, and contract issuance; Execute offboarding processes, calculating severance payments and issuing termination documents; Generate notice and calculation for vacation receipt issuance; Record medical certificates, warnings, suspensions, attendance notes, job title changes, salary adjustments, and employee data updates via the accounting system; Monitor employees on leave (e.g., INSS or other reasons) using the accounting system to alert clients about return dates and potential required actions; Calculate and validate payroll—including 13th salary—for low- and medium-complexity companies, generating reports and delivering them to clients; Assist clients with inquiries by researching and consulting labor and social security legislation; Submit and validate periodic and non-periodic events on the eSocial platform, ensuring compliance with legal obligations; Transmit and issue DCTFWEB tax reports and payment slips, ensuring correct assessment and payment of due taxes; Issue FGTS payment slips via the FGTS Digital platform, monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with tax obligations; Guide and train department assistants on handling requests, ensuring proper execution of tasks and professional development of the team; Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation, applying new laws and regulations to department routines; and Analyze the collective bargaining agreement alongside payroll to verify whether the company is meeting its obligations. **Requirements:** Education: Completed High School Experience in the field Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Labor Legislation, HR Department procedures, and Labor Processes. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Birthday day off, R$100.00 bonus, Reimbursement of meal and transportation allowance deductions, Transportation allowance
