Job Summary: A professional to ensure food quality and safety by supervising processes related to receiving, storage, and dispatch of basic food baskets, guaranteeing sanitary compliance and good practices. Direct impact on product integrity and quality Objective To ensure food quality and safety through technical supervision of receiving, storage, assembly, and dispatch processes of basic food baskets, ensuring compliance with current sanitary legislation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company-established quality standards. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Food Engineering; * Active registration with the competent Regional Council (CRN or CREA); * Legal qualification to serve as the Technical Responsible in the food sector; * Experience in quality control, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Knowledge of sanitary legislation applicable to the food industry; * Knowledge of developing and updating Good Practices Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Knowledge of traceability systems, quality control, and supplier management; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical accountability for food quality and safety processes to both the company and competent authorities. * Supervise conditions related to receiving, storage, preservation, sorting, assembly, and dispatch of basic food baskets, ensuring product integrity and quality. * Ensure control over product expiration dates, batch numbers, and traceability, guaranteeing process compliance and product safety. * Inspect incoming goods, evaluating compliance with quality requirements, technical specifications, and current legislation. * Supervise the assembly process of basic food baskets, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, proper food handling, and established quality standards. * Develop, review, implement, and maintain up-to-date Good Practices Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other Quality Management System documents. * Conduct supplier qualification, validation, and approval, monitoring compliance with technical and quality requirements. * Continuously monitor the quality of received and stored products, identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Plan, execute, and follow up on internal audits related to quality, food safety, and compliance with internal procedures. * Deliver training and guidance to teams regarding Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene, food handling, traceability, and sanitary regulations. * Support inspections and audits conducted by regulatory agencies and customers, providing necessary technical clarifications. * Assess food safety-related risks and propose continuous improvements to production and storage processes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Quality Management System requirements, and current sanitary legislation. * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the company.
