Job Summary: Opportunity to work with PPE control, administrative support, safety inspections, and training, ensuring a safe working environment. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of PPEs and documents Main Responsibilities * **PPE Control:** Manage the distribution, replacement, and records of Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, boots, masks). * **Administrative Support:** Enter data into systems, organize documents, files, and spreadsheets. * **Safety Inspections:** Conduct patrols in the store, warehouse, and production areas (butchery, bakery) to identify hazards. * **Document Management:** Track medical examinations (ASO), certificates, and safety reports. * **Training:** Assist in organizing onboarding for new employees and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), as well as employee follow-up. * **Fire Prevention:** Assist in inspecting fire extinguishers and emergency equipment checklists. Common Requirements * Completed high school education; technical qualification in Occupational Safety is preferred, either completed or in progress. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Basic knowledge of NR-17 (Ergonomics) is a strong advantage, due to checkout operators.
