Inventory management and quality control **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Ensure all pre-established requirements in sales orders are met. Lead and monitor employee performance, providing guidance when necessary to guarantee productivity and quality. Analyze reports, identify process deviations and production patterns, as well as mechanical and technical issues. Responsible for inspecting all products and goods—both incoming and outgoing—inventory organization and control, material verification, production recording, labor attendance tracking, monitoring production activities, verifying shipments, checking documentation, controlling material inflow and outflow, performing physical counts and comparing items against the Invoice or purchase/sales order, inspecting for damages of any kind, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor—including item code, quality (specifications), or quantity—and physically verifying shipped products against the Invoice or order. Check labels and confirm correct storage or delivery addresses.
