Factory seeks a Production Planning and Control Analyst in São José dos Campos. **Responsibilities:** Review the order list and the inventory of materials intended for manufacturing. Generate material procurement requests. Reserve finished products in stock for pending orders. Plan production to fulfill customer orders awaiting in the order backlog. Issue and request production orders. Monitor progress with production, sales, and procurement departments. Record and close manufacturing orders. Update relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in other departmental activities. Previous experience as a Planning and Control Coordinator, Production Analyst, Production Planning Specialist, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
