Teamwork and commitment to company values Hiring a pastry assistant for production at an artisanal ice cream shop located in the Cidade Nova neighborhood. We seek someone who enjoys working in the kitchen, is dedicated, organized, works well in teams, and is committed to company values. Experience in kitchens and/or bakeries is a plus. Responsibilities: - Perform pastry and ice cream production tasks, including making brittle candies, jams, caramels, fillings, cakes, and toppings. - Wash and portion fruits. - Assist with weighing and assembling ice cream products. - Clean and organize the production area and storage. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT. Benefits: * Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per workday. * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Working Hours: * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * One day off per week and two Saturdays plus one Sunday per month.
