Opportunity to enhance logistics processes **About the position:** We are looking for an E\-commerce Assistant with a focus on logistics to support online store operations, ensuring efficiency in order processing, inventory management, and deliveries. This position is ideal for candidates with an organized, analytical profile and interest in operational routines within digital commerce. **Key Responsibilities:** **Operations and Logistics:** * Monitor and manage the order flow from approval through to dispatch * Track delivery status and resolve logistics issues * Control and update inventory information * Ensure proper integration between the e\-commerce platform and logistics systems * Support order picking, packaging, and shipping processes * Serve as the liaison with carriers and logistics partners **Platform Management (Support):** * Update product information (listing, pricing, and availability) * Ensure correct application of promotions and commercial rules * Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery lead time, service level, and stockouts) * Support preparation of operational reports * Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Prior experience in e\-commerce operations, logistics, or dispatch * Familiarity with platforms such as Tray, Bling, or similar * Organized, analytical, and proactive mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.717,71 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
