Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support for **VTEX**, **Zendesk**, and **Linx Millennium** systems * Track orders, statuses, exceptions, and related actions within systems * Provide basic technical support for **exchanges, organization, and management of e\-mails** (LocalWeb) * Perform basic updates, control, and analysis of **Excel spreadsheets** * Provide technical support for organizing and tracking requests via **WhatsApp** * Assist in integrating information across systems (orders, payments, invoicing, and deliveries) * Help identify operational failures and support process improvements Location: Benfica \- RJ Internship stipend: BRL 1\.200,00 \+ transportation voucher \+ meal voucher or food allowance Working hours: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
