Order management and delivery tracking ### **PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Bauru/SP Opportunity for those starting their careers and aiming to grow **Required Profile:** * Completed high school (preferably with studies in related fields) * Strong practical knowledge of Excel * Prior experience in procurement is desirable **Your Responsibilities:** * Handle operational requests via the company's internal systems (AF corrections, creations, ad-hoc orders, re-openings); * Register purchase invoices (NFes), issue transfer invoices (OL); * Monitor order statuses; * Follow up on deliveries with suppliers / distribution centers (CDs); * Address operational inquiries; * Manage consignment goods; * Train suppliers and address questions regarding the price list; * Manage documentation; * Enter data to generate reports; * Support buyers in prospecting new suppliers; * Support buyers in quotations. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Health plan after 6 months of employment * SESC or SESI membership * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
