Operations Assistant

Description

**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for container unloading and vehicle loading, cargo sorting and addressing, movement of goods in warehouses and yards, as well as vehicle tarping and lashing. Works in accordance with the 6S program principles, reads and monitors refrigerated unit temperatures, and supports logistics operations to ensure process organization, safety, and efficiency. * Comply with the company's occupational safety regulations, using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE) whenever applicable. * Comply with company policies and procedures, consulting them whenever necessary to ensure work quality and meet internal and external customer expectations. * Perform related tasks upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements**: Completed high school education, with at least six months of proven experience in the logistics field. **Work Schedule Availability** **Salary**: R$1\.700,00 **Meal Voucher**: A meal voucher worth R$23.10 per day is provided, with a deduction of R$1.99\. **Other Benefits**: Commuter shuttle service (R$1.00 deduction\), medical and dental plans (monthly fee ranging from R$9.77 to R$41.59\), life insurance, day off, Gympass, pharmacy discount program, Solides Academy, and MediQuo. **Residence Requirement:** Must reside in one of the following regions: Charneca, Ipojuca, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Ponte dos Carvalhos.
