If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact the city and people's lives, come transform with us! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Preparation of presentations for company executives and external investors; * Preparation of economic\-financial feasibility studies for real estate developments; * Review and monitoring of architectural projects for approval by the City Hall; * Preparation of reports for external investors; * Hiring, monitoring, and reviewing of environmental reports, topographic surveys, soil soundings, and other preliminary site analyses; * Verification of documents required for registration of real estate developments; * Review of contracts related to the established business; * Analysis of financial indicators and calculation of NPV (Net Present Value); * Analysis of preliminary numerical studies of projects; * Organization and monitoring of commercial launches of developments; * Preparation of budgets related to the incorporation phase of developments. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed (or nearing completion) undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial mathematics, and business feasibility analysis. * Knowledge of real estate development. **Additional information:** At Melnick, you will have: * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions, retail, wellness, and other sectors.
