Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for searching, selecting, and validating commercial locations for new stores, providing support to franchisees and assisting with administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic search and selection of the optimal commercial location for stores 2. Daily support to franchisees and monitoring of store implementation 3. Assistance in store validation and administrative routines of the area \* Search and selection of the optimal commercial location for store openings \* On-site visits to locations for validation \* Geographic analysis to determine the best implementation site \* Strong relationships with major shopping center chains and real estate agencies \* Daily support to franchisees and monitoring of the entire store implementation process \* Support to the operational team in validating already-opened stores \* Administrative routine support for the area, including: \* Payment processing \* Management of expense reimbursement processes \* Support to partner teams, such as Operations and Marketing Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 240 months Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
