Responsibilities and Duties: As a **Cashier Operator** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be responsible for handling sales closure processes with courtesy, accuracy, and a results-oriented focus. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Payment Processing** * Greet customers warmly, energetically, and with service excellence in mind. * Accurately enter orders and payments into the store’s system. * Issue fiscal invoices, organize receipts, and maintain cash register control. * Clarify customer questions regarding amounts, payment methods, and active promotions. **Organization and Security** * Ensure workstation organization and cleanliness during and after each shift. * Follow security procedures, cash verification, and cash withdrawals as directed by leadership. * Immediately and clearly report any cash register discrepancies or inconsistencies. **Team Integration** * Coordinate closely with the sales floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. * Assist with store organization during low-traffic periods, as needed. * Contribute to a light-hearted, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
