Support in daily operational routines **Gelateria Attendant – Officina Gelatiera** **Location:** OKA Shopping – Florianópolis/SC **Employment Type:** CLT \| On-site **Job Description** Officina Gelatiera is hiring an **Attendant** to provide customer service, prepare products, and maintain store organization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities** * Customer service; * Product preparation (gelatos, coffees, milkshakes, cones, cups, etc.); * Store and kitchen organization and cleaning; * Support in daily operational routines. **Working Hours (6 hours):** from **3:45 PM to 10:00 PM** * 15-minute break **Requirements** * Strong communication skills and friendliness; * Efficiency, organization, and responsibility; * Availability to work the scheduled shift and on weekends; * Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.600,00 \+ performance bonuses * **Meal allowance:** R$ 240,00 * **Transportation allowance** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Pay Range: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
