We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a solid company with over 30 years in the market, recognized for integrated technical projects and strong expertise in building automation, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Here, you will not be just another name on the project—you will be the central point connecting people, technical disciplines, and clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time, compliant with regulations and standards. **Requirements:** **Your challenge in this role:** You will be responsible for coordinating and integrating multidisciplinary technical projects, serving as a technical reference and liaison between internal teams, consortia, and clients. **Your day-to-day responsibilities include:** Coordination of building automation, electrical, and hydraulic projects Integration of disciplines within a BIM environment Ensuring compliance with technical standards (ABNT), legislation, and utility providers Technical review of project documents (PDF, DWG, RVT, specifications, and diagrams) Leading technical meetings with clients and partners Planning timelines, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring KPIs Serving as the Technical Responsible (a plus) Supporting senior management in evolving standards, processes, and methodologies **What we seek in you:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Control & Automation, Civil – Building Services, or related fields) Minimum 5 years of experience in technical projects (automation, electrical, and/or hydraulic) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools Experience coordinating technical projects and teams Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and partners Organized, analytical profile with a strong sense of technical responsibility **Preferred qualifications (bonus points):** Postgraduate degree or certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.) Experience with large-scale projects Previous experience as Technical Responsible registered with CREA Technical English for reading standards and manuals Benefits **Hybrid work model – Mondays and Fridays:** remote; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: office (República area – Downtown/São Paulo) Employment type – PJ (individual contractor) Compensation up to R$ 11,000 30 paid vacation days Health insurance (Alice) Hardware provided by the company **Work schedule:** 40 hours per week
