We are seeking a Cashier Operator who wants to join our team, sharing these values and helping strengthen the excellence of the care we provide.
**Responsibilities**
Greet patients courteously, inform them about consultation, exam, and procedure fees, and clarify basic questions;
Receive payments in cash, card, PIX, or health insurance plans (where applicable), ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded in the system;
Generate and deliver payment receipts, invoices, or vouchers according to the service provided;
Perform cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring amounts are accurate;
Organize incoming payments, identify discrepancies, and notify the responsible department when necessary;
Withdraw funds according to clinic policy;
Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmation, and patient flow organization, as needed;
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education (college degree in related fields preferred);
Previous experience in this role;
Organization and responsibility;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Agility and attention to detail when handling money;
Basic computer literacy

**Work Schedule:**
Monday and Friday: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM;
Tuesday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM;
Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
