Work Model **On-site – Internacional Shopping Guarulhos** **Employment type:** CLT (Permanent) Main Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service; * Prepare milkshakes and other products according to brand standards; * Maintain store organization and cleanliness; * Operate the cash register and perform store closing procedures; * Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience; * Agility and proactivity; * Organization and attention to detail; * Team spirit and good communication skills; * Availability to work on rotating 12x36 or 6x1 schedules (including Sundays and holidays as per roster), with working hours aligned to shopping mall operating hours; Preferred Qualifications * Experience preparing milkshakes or working in the food service/fast-food sector. **What we seek:** We seek individuals who enjoy interacting with people, possess energy and friendliness, and wish to grow alongside a nationally expanding brand.
