Receiving and organizing mail and packages **Job: Access Controller – Residential Condominium** -------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** MORUBI AND VILA SÔNIA **Work Schedule:** 12x36 **Employment Type:** CLT ### **About the Job** We are hiring an **Access Controller** to work in a residential condominium, managing the entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers, ensuring security and compliance with the condominium's internal regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Identify and register visitors. * Grant access according to authorization from residents or management. * Monitor security cameras and electronic gates. * Record incidents in the guard logbook or system. * Receive and organize mail and packages. * Guide visitors and service providers on condominium rules. ### **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Experience in front desk or access control. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2.031,57 * **Meal Voucher (VR):** R$ 26.03 per day * **Food Allowance (VA):** R$ 205.91 * **Bonus:** R$ 110.00 * **Transportation Voucher** Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
