We operate in a dynamic, regulated, and constantly evolving environment, bridging accounting, financial products, data, technology, and Central Bank requirements. **The Challenge** ------------- As a **Senior Accounting Analyst**, you will have the opportunity to work on a strategic front for Stark Bank, directly contributing to the quality of the company’s accounting, regulatory, and managerial information. Your challenge will be to help build increasingly robust, scalable, and precise processes, supporting decision-making and the evolution of Stark Bank’s products with technical rigor and business insight. ### **You will:** * Support the integration of accounting processes during the implementation of the accounting ERP. * Perform routine accounting tasks at Stark Bank, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to applicable regulations for the financial sector. * Contribute to the interpretation and application of COSIF in accounting routines and internal processes. * Analyze journal entries, reconciliations, account balances, and accounting movements, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements. * Support the structuring and documentation of accounting processes, ensuring traceability, governance, and operational clarity. * Collaborate with internal areas such as Finance, Products, Compliance, Data, and Technology. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and efficiency gains in accounting routines. * Contribute a critical, practical, and results-oriented perspective to strengthen Stark Bank’s accounting operations. ### **What You Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences**. * Prior experience in a **financial institution, payment institution, regulated fintech, or financial market company**. * Solid knowledge of accounting routines applied to the financial market. * Relevant experience or knowledge of **CADOCs**, especially **4010, 4011, 4060, and 4966**. * Strong theoretical accounting foundation, with the ability to argue technically and substantiate analyses. * Ability to interpret regulations, processes, and data, transforming complex information into practical deliverables. * Organization, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding deadlines and quality. * Proactive attitude, autonomy, and delivery focus. ### **What Increases Your Chances:** * Experience at a **Big Four** firm—especially in auditing or consulting for financial institutions—or experience in institutions regulated by the Central Bank. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of databases. * Familiarity with **SQL**, **BigQuery**, **Looker**, or **Power BI**. * Experience building queries, dashboards, or analyses from accounting, financial, or regulatory data. * Experience in process improvement, automation, or structuring of accounting processes in ERPs; **Oracle NetSuite** is a plus. * Ability to thrive in building environments—with evolving processes and a high degree of autonomy. **What We Offer:** At Stark Bank, we invest in your success and believe in a workplace where you can thrive.
