Responsible for ensuring that resources, deadlines, and work orders are managed effectively, with a focus on organizational structure and strategic execution of maintenance.** **Join us and make a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Receive and create work orders, planning activities by identifying required resources and scheduling services according to available time windows, aligned during weekly meetings. * Issue purchase requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment as needed, tracking delivery deadlines to ensure spare parts availability and prevent maintenance delays. * Monitor and track maintenance scheduling execution, ensuring activity records are maintained, analyzing deviations between planned and actual performance, and flagging the need for overtime per leadership guidance. * Develop scopes of work for maintenance services, especially during scheduled shutdowns, forwarding requirements to the Procurement & Contracts department for proper contracting and technical alignment of services. * Supervise and monitor third-party service execution, ensuring compliance with contracted scope and quality of work performed. * Schedule and monitor maintenance shutdowns (daily, weekly, and general), in coordination with leadership and the technical team. * Develop, monitor, and analyze maintenance KPIs—such as Technical Availability, Preventive Plan Adherence, and Scheduling Adherence—driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage maintenance plans within the CMMS system (SAP), ensuring alignment with criticality-based strategies (ABC matrix), and periodically reviewing plans, technical lists, and the criticality matrix. * Conduct failure analyses (RCA), proposing and tracking implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Support implementation of production process optimization projects, analyzing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. * Assist in developing and reviewing the unit’s MRO policies. * Participate in technical, operational, and administrative meetings, contributing analyses and suggestions for process and equipment performance improvements. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information under their responsibility. * Act in accordance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and social responsibility guidelines, promoting best practices. * Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and propose continuous improvements to processes and equipment. * Support leadership with area-related requests, contributing to problem analysis and resolution. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Academic Background:** . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. .
