**Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Collect, analyze, and develop dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI, integrating internal and external data sources. \- Map the Group Massa's sales markets, identifying business opportunities. \- Design Market Potential assessments; \- Map customers, potential advertisers, and prospects through reports that integrate diverse information sources; \- Map and monitor markets, competitors, and consumer behavior, identifying business opportunities, potential advertisers, and leads within manageable market segments; \- Analyze market potential by AN, UN, and executive portfolios; \- Monitor and evaluate advertising investments by sector, advertiser, and channel; \- Stay updated on best practices in market intelligence and analytical tools to ensure continuous effectiveness of team activities. \- Advertising Investment Report; \- Market, Agency, and Customer ABC Curve; \- Identify customers missing from the portfolio; \- Deliver results via Massa and market performance indicators: Average Ticket, Recurrence, Usage Frequency, Churn, and other KPIs; \- Influencer Market Profile (agencies); \- Control and define distribution potential of the signal across platforms and distribution channels; \- Platform for Prospecting Potential Customers; \- Brand and Consumer Studies (TGI) **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree; Proficiency in Excel; Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, report creation, and publishing to the online service); **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic database development skills; Advanced market analysis skills; Data management, information management, data science; Ability to read and analyze economic indicators; Specialization is an advantage.
