The professional will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency. **Position:** Logistics Administrative Analyst **Hiring Company:** Food Industry Sector **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Experience in logistics operations Knowledge of inventory and transportation management systems Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level **Responsibilities** Assist in various stages of the logistics chain, including order tracking and delivery deadline monitoring. Support transportation management and issuance of fiscal documents. Serve suppliers and customers, and seek solutions to optimize the company’s logistics processes. Transportation management: Coordinate transportation logistics, obtain quotations, select carriers, plan routes, and monitor deliveries to ensure they occur on time and without damage. Provide support and assistance to drivers in the field regarding delivery requirements (in alignment with the commercial department). Monitor sales order release processes. **Documentation:** Issue other documents required for logistics operations. **Communication:** Maintain contact with carriers to negotiate deadlines and resolve issues arising in the logistics chain. **Process Improvement:** Participate in identifying opportunities to optimize logistics processes, such as cost reduction and increased transportation efficiency.
